Doing a BTech in Computer Science at Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune is a great choice. It is widely considered a Tier-1 private engineering programme in the region. The total fees & living expenses are high. It is dependent on JEE/SITEEE score and financial plan.

There is no mention of any rules regarding admissions of candidates into BTech at COEP, Pune before they receive their Class 12 board exam result. Generally, this institute admits candidates long after those results should have been revealed. Thus, candidates will need to raise this query to admission desk for confirmation.

COEP, Pune BTech requires candidates to appear for MHT-CET if they are from Maharashtra. Candidates from outside Maharashtra can appear for JEE Mains to qualify for BTech admissions.

Eligibility criteria for both candidates will be same during COEP, Pune BTech course.

Yes, management quota is absolutely available for BTech courses in Pune. About 20 to 30% of total intake seats in private engineering colleges in Pune are reserved as management quota seats, and these offer admission based on Class 12 marks directly without any need for entrance exam scores.
