COEP and MIT are both good colleges and among the top most in Maharashtra. But among the two COEP is the winner. COEP has been ranked one in Maharashtra after the IITs and NITs. According to MHRD rankings COEP is ranked 24th while MIT is on the 94th rank.
Generally speaking COEP blows MIT out of the water. COEP is much well-known and trusted among recruiters as compared to MIT. Last time COEP had around 85% placements for CSE (this number seems less as the students who didn't accept the offers are also included) and the average salary was around 7-8 LPA for CSE department which is more compared to MIT.
COEP in also better in academics an

As per students reviews, and my own opinion, IIAEIT is not an up to mark college either for education or placements.
If doing graduation in aviation field is your interest then its fine but if you are opting for aeronautical engineering just because you are having a misconception regarding highly paid jobs (after completion of graduation in aero.) then let me clarify few things.
There is a huge misconception in students (especially who seeks a career in engineering field) that after doing BE/B.Tech in aeronautical/aerospace, they will get highly paid jobs in aero core companies or airlines. But the reality is very much different. Requi

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune boasts of an amazing placement record. Not only do they get the information technology companies such as Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro Technologies and Capegemini, but also automotive companies such as Audi, Mahindra, Bajaj, Honda, Mercedes, and many more. First of all, let me make it clear to my fellow students that VIT, Pune is indeed Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and not Vellore Institute of Technology. Now coming to the question, both of these colleges are pretty good in terms of the quality of education they provide. Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) was specially founded for imparting education in computer science and IT. It provides only three courses in B.Tech which are computer engineering, electronics and telecommunication and information technology while VIT provides degrees in almost all conventional branches. Talking about academics, PICT has an edge when it

B.Tech in CS is pretty much average.
Fee: For 2012-16 batch - Approx 2.0 Lacs per annum+1 lakh (hostel charges).
When opting for CS at Symbiosis Institute of Technology the only plus point will be the 'Symbi Edge'.
Life is pretty much laid back and enjoyable for an average student.
Salary Package: Though the average package is around 4 LPA (which is decent, if not good). It's hardly an 8 year old private institute. You won't get even this in of the most private colleges. Remember, even big private institutes like VIT call LPA a dream package. The minimum package is around 3.2 LPA and the maximum package for 2015-16 was around 24 LPA.
So, if

While selecting a college, I think, you should focus on placements. Yes, VIT campus is small and area is also not that good, but VIT-Pune computer engineering has got very high placements with a good package. Decision is all yours.
All the best.
