There is no direct admission. You need to appear for CAT, XAT, CMAT or MAT exam. Colleges like KJ Somaiya, Sydenham, Welingkar, FMS- Delhi, IIFT- Delhi, XLRI- Jamshedpur, XIMB, and IMI- Delhi are the top B-schools and accept the scores of above-mentioned exams.

IT is a good field. Lots of IT companies are there in India which makes the placements quite easy.

As a course of Animation and VFX is good combination after you have done your B.TECH in IT as you would have core knowledge about different softwares so it would be beneficial for the long run in your career as well and it would add the extra feather in your cap. In my view if you are looking for better job opportunities then both the countries are good. However, if you are looking for PR then opt for Australia. Hope his helps!

In present times it is just the terminology both BE and B.Tech are same courses. So no matter what you choose you will have similar opportunities. But you must be cautious about college you are taking admission go for IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, LPU, SRM etc. You may get a scholarship at LPU and SRM so it wont be costly. Placements are also very important to look at. So i would wish you Luck !
