Different universities may have their own requirements but the general documents that you must carry along with you at the time of admission to BTech IT course are the Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Class 12 provisional certificate, character certificate, category certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate (may be asked for by a few institutions), and other relevant documents like the Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc. Make sure you also have the photocopies of all these original documents as they might ask you for the same. Also, carry three to four recent passport size photos, which may be needed while filling an admission form.

With a score of 160.5 in TNEA, you have a good chance of securing admission to reputable colleges for B.Tech in Information Technology (IT). The exact college will depend on the cutoff trends for IT in the year of admission, which vary based on factors like the number of applicants and their scores.
