Hello Maaz,
You haven't got a good rank therefore chances are quite less but I will suggest you to do counselling with the colleges that I am going to mention right here :-
BM institute of engineering and technology, Sonepat, Haryana
Mahavir Swami Institute of Technology, Haryana.

Yes, you may get SGSITS lower branches. Participate in MP counselling. Also, you have fair chances of getting IET, DAVV and JEC Jabalpur. All these colleges are good and are well established institutions.

Yes, there is a possibility. However, don't accept the branch in the first round of counselling. You might get it in the later rounds of counselling. There are three or four rounds of counselling.

It is quite tough to get college as your 12th score is 46 and UPSEE accept from 45 so it is close to cutoff so firstly UPSEE give college to those who scored better in 12th if seat left then seat awarded to you.

With your board's result, you can only try in private colleges. You can only get admission into good college, if you have taken any competitive examination.
