A BTech degree course in Rubber Technology is a four-year program, whereas an M.tech in Rubber Technology is a two-year program. This is the duration of most B.Tech and M.Tech courses in India. Also, you can go for a diploma in Rubber Technology after Class 10, which usually spans 2 to 3 years. Government Polytechnic, Mumbai offers a 30-month Rubber Technology program for students to pursue after Class 10.

Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are required disciplines for students seeking admission to B.tech Rubber Technology program in most colleges. However, a few universities may admit students who majored in Biology rather than Mathematics. For that, you will have to check the official website of the university you're targeting.

Students who appreciate and have a strong predisposition for the subject of rubber technology, management, manufacturing, and other related fields can enroll in the course as a further education alternative. Students must also have a strong background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, as these courses are vital in the course.
