It's a very good combination. At present, most recruitment of healthcare MBAs are happening in IT/Consulting companies and they usually prefer someone with computer science background. However, you have to be careful about selection of institute. Some healthcare management institute mostly promotes their students in hospitals and public health, where computer science may not be an added value. The packages offered there are also low. But some traditional MBA institutes like GIM, that has started healthcare management programme, promote it in IT industry a lot. As a result, they get most of their recruiters from IT companies, which have

All Good. But, not for serious learners, classes are not regular and affiliated. Colleges doesn't have regular attendance. It is good for those students, those just want to earn some degrees. It provides a wide range of programs but one should study from his own end and should not totally depend on the University. University of Rajasthan is also good for distance learners because they just need to pay exam fee once enrolled. And, syllabus is easy and scoring good is not very hard. Overall, the university is good from facilities point of view but from academics point of view it is quite okay.
Choice is yours.
