Yes. It is possible to drop MS. Of course, you will have to fulfill other conditions if any of this institute before joining. It's a good institute to pursue MS.

So far my knowledge goes, Masters degree in architecture is not possible without doing B.arch.
But related to postgraduate course in architecture, domain like urban planning or likewise, you can pursue from "school of planning and architecture" from your civil background. You may visit this link for more references:
