Well, both have a great scope. B.Tech CSE is something what you may do so there are lot of opportunities. For Mass communication, you should work a little and explore, though it's a very good and updating field.

Hello pravallika,
The difference is the time period. You will be usually spending 4 years for B.Tech, and if you want to do M.Tech you will then spend another 2 years. But, in case of integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, you will be doing both the degrees is 5 years. So, your time of one year and the fees will be saved. This is the advantage of integrated course.
VIT University is a top ranked university which is known for its placements, exposure and education. So, it is good to do that. But, the only thing is that they charge a lot of fees as it is a private university. If you can pay that, then you can study there which is well and good.

Yes,
CS is a branch which is most likely get placed that too with a good package. All you need is good technical stuff and keep in touch with the training and placement cell. Also, GL Bajaj is a decent college. So, don't worry.

Sure,
you should to keep prepare yourself and take the competition exam, so you can achieve your goal,you can also go further for M.Tech too from clearing GATE exam.
or take PSUs exam too.

BA is not a job oriented graduation degree. If you do not want to do B.Tech then BBA can be a good option for you. It not only will help you to get a job in the banking sector but also in private sector in other types of industries.
