At the time of admission via the PTU BTech 2025 counselling process the students require to produce the following documents in original in the admitting Institute:-
- 10th DMC
- 12th DMC (for Admission in Under Graduate Courses)
- Diploma DMCs (for Admission in Lateral Entry Courses)
- DMCs / Degree of Graduation (for Admission in Post Graduate Courses)
- Residential Certificate (Domicile or another valid Address Proof)
- Reserved Category Certificate (as Applicable)
- Passport Size Photograph
- Migration Certificate of Qualifying Exam
- Aadhaar Card (Mandatory for Beneficiary Students)
- Income Certificate (If admitted under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme or Post

To participate in Centralized Online PTU BTech Counselling the candidate has to pay one time Online fee of INR 2,000/- (Two thousand Only) (Non Refundable) for each selected course.

No. The candidate can participate under one quota only either in the 85% quota (Punjab Resident Quota) or 15% quota (Outside Punjab Resident Quota) as per his/her State of eligibility in PTU BTech counselling 2025. If any candidate fails to prove his state of eligibility at the time of admission (after seat allotment), his / her candidature will be denied/rejected.

Yes, you can participate in the both rounds of Centralized Online Counselling. If seat is allotted to you in the 1st Round and you are not much satisfied with that allotted seat then you may participate in the 2nd Round of counselling. It is advise to fill only those choices which is better than previously allotted seat. Also, you need not to pay Centralized Online Counselling fee again if it is paid in 1st round.

The PTU BTech counselling process is as follows:
- Centralized Online Counselling Registration
- Online Counselling Fee Payment
- Preparation of Rank
- Choice Filling
- Allotment of Seat
- Online Reporting at Allotted Institute (By uploading the requisite Documents on portal and Depositing the Semester Fee through Online Mode and Uploading the Fee Slip on portal).
- Provisional Confirmation by allotted Institute after Verification of relevant uploaded Documents/Certificates and Verification of Uploaded Semester Fee Slip.

Depending on the specialisation selected, the cost in INR of attending D.Y. Patil International University (DPU), Pune, for the B.Tech programme can change:
B.Tech in Bioengineering and CSE: The total cost of tuition for these specializations is expected to be between 8 Lacs and 8.4 Lacs for the full four years of study. This is equivalent to 2 Lacs to 2.1 Lacs annually.
One-time entry charge: There may be a one-time admission price of 10,000 extra.

For undergraduate (UG) courses like B.Tech at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. For postgraduate (PG) courses like M.Tech candidate need a relevant Bachelor degree with at least 55% aggregate marks. B.Ed. applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master degree with a minimum of 50% marks or alternatively a BE/B.Tech degree with a specialization in Science/Mathematics and a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. Selection for all courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination with additional entrance

Btech placements at poornima college of engineering are good. The highest and average package which was offered to students during the recent placement drive were INR 45 LPA and INR 5.35 LPA, respectively. More than 350 companies visited the campus and almost 1600 students got placed. Almost 55 percent students were offered package of INR 5 LPA. Amazon and flipkart were the top recruiters. Seeing the fees, it can be said that the placements are very good. Students can get a very good return on their fees invested.

At Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) the fee structure for B.Tech programs ranges from INR 26,001 to INR 30,001 per year while professional courses like MBA and MCA vary from INR 99,050 to INR 1,35,490 annually. Other undergraduate and postgraduate courses have fees as follows: B.Sc, BA, B.Com and BCA at INR 26,000 per year, B.Ed at INR 1,35,000 for 2 years, B.Lib.I.Sc at INR 9,000 for 1 year, M.Sc and M.Com at INR 17,300 per year, and MA at INR 16,000 per year.
