IIT Varanasi gives no. of BTech specialisations, likewise, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutics Engineering & Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, etc. Eligibility for UG engineering admission at IIT Varanasi depends on meeting the criteria for JEE Main and JEE Advanced.

BTech CSE has the most competitive cut-off, the 2021 cut off in round six for CSE stood at 2897. Moreover, the placement statistics of CSE graduates is also better among all the specialisations.
