The 2023 or 2024 placement data is unavailable for Engineering courses. Earlier, out of 363 BTech students 85 were placed successfully during 2022 placements. Further, the median package stood at INR 3.75 LPA. Over the past three years (2020 to 2022), the number of BTech students placed has been fluctuating. The total fee for a four-year BTech course at Ramaiah University ranges from INR 7.2 Lacs - INR 21 lakh. The fee is calculated based on first-year fee. Students are requested to visit the official website to get more details on the same. Apart from this, there are several other components that need to be paid during the submission of fee along with the tuition fee.

The number of students who can do a B.Tech in CSE at Vellore Institute of Technology is 288.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering programme at SHUATS are available. Candidates must have passed 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks, and the mandatory subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Mathematics and Biology. Admission to the programme is based on online/offline counseling conducted basis SOET/merit in Class 12. The prospectus for 2023 also states that candidates appearing in the bachelor's degree examination in 2023 are eligible to apply provisionally for admission and appear in the SHUATS Online.

Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from recognized board including International Baccalaureate Diploma with English as compulsory subject with science or vocational science, minimum 50% marks in PCM for Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Indore / Hyderabad campus & 45% marks in PCM for Shirpur campus. Those awaiting their 10+2 or equivalent examination result this year may also apply AND a candidate with IB Diploma is eligible only if he/she has offered Mathematics at Standard Level (SL).

Commerce student cannot apply for B.Tech admission as Physics, chemistry and Mathematics subjests are compuslory in 12th.
