To take admission in National Institute of Engineering Mysore, students have to appear in COMEDK which is computer based test conducted by Karnataka colleges for students who want to get enrolled in various engineering courses.
First student have to apply for COMEDK on official website and once the exam is conducted and results are declared.
After the result is declared you can see the cut offs for various colleges and participate in counseling of the colleges including National Institute of Engineering Mysore.

Yes, IIIT Kottayam offers a four-year full-time BTech programme across four specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme at the IIIT Kottayam must take the JEE-Main exam and should aim to score well in the said exam. Candidates having a valid JEE-Main rank will be shortlisted for the counselling process. IIIT Kottayam inducts candidates for the BTech programme through JoSAA.

Yes, you can do that but you won't get your fee back because during 1st year admission, complete fee has to be paid to hold your seat for you.

1- The duration of the course is four years.

Admission to NIT Meghalaya BTech programme is entirely based on JEE Main exam. Based on the JEE Main exams score candidates are provided admission to BTech programme in NIT Meghalaya. Also candidates have to eligible for the BTech course with twelve years of school education with PCM/ PBM with minimum of 75 % aggregate and ofcourse a valid score in JEE Main exam.
