Per semester fees for NIT Andhra Pradesh are approximately INR 88,000. However, you can avail of a discount of 66 percent in tuition fees if your income is between 1 Lacs and 5 lakh. While KGEC might not have a dedicated Robotics program, it offers relevant courses within Electronics and Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.

At 75, percentile its very difficult to get Electrical Engineering at NIT Hamirpur as the cuttoffs are quite higher. At you Percentile your rank would be somewhere around 2 to 2.5 Lacs in general categeory, But to get electrical in NIT Hamirpur you need something around 60k. 

Thre are chances, if you belong to reserved categeroies, such as SC, ST, OBC. For that you will have to check the cuttofs at Siksha or some other reputable sources.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad: Known for its engineering programs and research opportunities.

As far as B.Tech Metallurgy under the OBC NCL category at COEP Pune is concerned, it will be around 4573 as per the recent statistics. A CET score of 90.32 would not be sufficient as previous cutoffs depict that generally, candidates need to have a rank more than 95%ile. For this year's admission cycle of 2024, the candidate should check the recent cutoff trends and details at the official website of COEP.

This gives a rank of 169470 in the General category, which is unlikely to give a seat in B.Tech Computer Science in any NIT or IIIT. The closing rank for IIITs usually is below 10,000 for Computer Science programs; some of the institutions are IIIT Gwalior, whose cutoff is at around 11,494. So, other engineering colleges or private institutions can be looked into that would accept higher ranks for admissions.
