LPU has a decent record of BTech placements. In 2025, the highest salary offered to the BTech students stood at INR 2.5 Crore per annum. The second highest salary offered was INR 1.03 crore per annum. These packages were offered to the students of BTech EEE branch. Earlier, the students of the BTech batch 2024 secured the highest package of INR 53 LPA.

Actually Techno India University of West Bengal provides Biotechnology course but probably not Biomedical course. As far as now Bio technology is also in demand with combination of both biology and technology.

Yes, DMI Engineering College is a good college for BTech programme as it offers AICTE-approved courses to students in full-time mode. It is a Christian Minority Institution of Higher Technical Education and is managed by Sisters of DMI, founded in 1984. See, with 87% in 12th, and 77%lie in JEE Mains you have fairly good chance to get CSE in privite Engg. colleges, but will be quite hard to get in any of the government colleges.
