Yes, you can have a B.Tech in Food Technology from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSK HPKV). The course is mainly an undergraduate four-year degree for students who would have just completed their 10+2 education with emphasis on the main subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
