Hello Mohammad Armaan, I can understand your angst and the anxiety about getting admission in a good college of engineering. University grants commission has provided a certain framework of rules under which colleges are supposed to refund the fees which they have charged to the students if the student withdraws admission for some reason or the other. I am sure you would have downloaded the detailed brochure of VIT. There is a chapter for refund of fees. I suggest you read this chapter since there are plenty of conditions prescribe and depending where you fit in certain percentage of the fees paid is refunded by this college. Best wish

Hello Gauri Prayag, let me first apprise you about the admission process in Maharashtra for engineering colleges. All admissions including to COEP, are based on ranking in MHTCET. This exam is yet to be conducted. Hence there is nothing like the latest cutoff. Since cutoff or closing ranks available are of last year and they can not change midway. Ok? Having said this, it must be said that this institution ranks very high in minds of students and as a result, admissions close at a very high percentile. For admission to B.Tech in Marine Engineering, students should have passed class XII with PCM as compulsory subjects, and an overall aggregate of 60%. The students must also qualify for IMU-CET to be eligible for admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
