Hello Mahendra, admissions to engineering colleges in Tamilnadu are almost totally reserved for native candidates. Of course private engineering colleges and deemed to be universities can give admissions under management quota. To help you I am attaching a link that will give you details of eligibility for admission. Even though it's of last year, you can still refer to it and find conclusions.

Hello Jathin Kumar, its very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in automobile engineering. Frankly speaking, employment opportunities in aeronautical engineering are very few in India. Of course with government allowing private participation, these are bound to increase in times to come. But I will vote for graduation in Automobile engineering since there are plenty of opportunities for employment. Best wishes to you.

Hello Sail, yes definitely. However admissions to institutions abroad are not based exclusively on academic performance but depends on many other parameters. Hence I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students abroad for undergraduate studies. Best wishes to you.
