As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. Vijaya Engineering College, [VEC] Khammam, TelanganaJawaharlal Nehru Technological University, [JNTU] Hyderabad.
Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, [SKCET] Coimbatore.
Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad.
Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Telangana.
Only these colleges provide this course which you want and near Belgaum otherwise, if you want colleges there then pursue course-integrated B.Tech with BE, not with MBA but if you want to pursue from there you can go to distance learning colleges like IGNOU or lpu.

In the north region, you can go with Chandigarh university or lpu and if you are searching for a full government college then you can go through Punjab technical university.

University of Engineering and Management (UEM, Kolkata) is a good place to pursue a B.Tech in Biotechnology. The institute has received many awards for its work in Biotechnology education. Hello Tarique Mallik, I am afraid that at present in India any university is debarred from offering professional courses by distance education mode. Hence I can not provide any information. However you can think of doing AMIE. This is de factor distance education mode. It's equivalent to graduation in all respects. Best wishes to you.
