For B.Tech (CSE) the eligibility includes 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) + LPUNEST. For B.Tech CSE (Hons) 70% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNEST. Go for AIML in BMSIT, Reva University. Christ University has recently started this course in this year only while BMSIT has opened the course for 2 years. Thus you will be the first batch there and would risk yourself with many unfortunate incidents. https://www.shiksha.com/userprofile/19906099.

Hello Shiv, if you have already set your sights on civilservices, then I would strongly advise you to not go for dual degree course. Just do your graduation, prepare for UPSC exam and clear it. Why waste extra time in studying for a degree (PG) which has no relevance? Best wishes to you.

Hello Tanvi, it's nice to aim for government job but if I may ask then why government job? Okay. Let me explain. As per law government can not discriminate between students who pass out of IIT or from engineering colleges in remote places. Hence you will never find government coming to IIT or big colleges during placements. However government announces vacancies and gets these filled up through UPSC. Here any student who meets the criteria set, can apply, pass it and get job. As you can SEE it makes no difference as to from what college you have passed out. Hence if you want to government job, then learn whatever you can from your coll

Hello Tanvi Parmar, frankly speaking what will happen four years from today, when you will pass out of engineering college, actually nobody can predict. In addition I can say that the jobs in the government sector are not increasing but in fact reducing every year. Be that as it may, let me assure you that total jobs will increase in India since there is huge scope. You may NIT get government job but surely job in private sector will be available. Don't worry and concentrate on learning. Best wishes to you.
