Students are exposed to Commercial farms (100 acres) to know-how that create an opportunity for students to engage and tone up their endurance, confidence and management skills. They were also engaged in complete cultivation practice of seasonal crops for 6 months, wherein land preparation till harvesting and marketing of the final products will be done by student to expose farming experience. Profit earned by selling solely shared by students of a group.

Eligibility for admission in this course is as follows, 60% in 10+2/Intermediate with English Physics Chemistry and Maths/ Biology/ Forestry + LPU NEST or 60% in 10+2/Intermediate 10+2 (Agriculture) + LPU NEST or 60% in 2 year Diploma (Agriculture) after 10th + LPU NEST Age Condition :- Minimum 16 Years (I. e. born on or before last date of admission) 5% to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmir Migrants.
