ICT has 70% of seats reserved for state candidates I. e. through CET. And the rest 30% of seats through JEE Mains. At 96.7 percentile, I guess there is a good chance that you get admitted to B.Tech courses. As their cutoff is lower compared to B. Chem. So yes, there is a chance. But note that it also depends on other factors like number of students applying for those 30% seats. If all goes well, SEE you at ICT Mumbai.
