1. 10+2 with minimum 75% of aggregate marks (For general category) with Physics, Mathematics and anyone from Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subjects. 65% (for SC/ST).
2. National Institute of Open Schooling conducted Senior Secondary School Examination with a minimum of five subjects. Further NIOS board does not offers the B.Tech courses, NIOS board is for open schooling (Secondary, Sr. Secondary etc. ).
