Yes, indeed. All those who pass a Diploma from a recognised institute with a certain minimum percentage are eligible. Your intentions are indeed great. But, unfortunately what you seek is not feasible. However, you can seek admission in first year in Canadian universities. For this I would like to advise you to approach a local agency dealing with sending students to Canada for graduation. Best wishes to you.
