It would be difficult to get a call from NITs as the general cut off for them is 85-90 percentile. But there is a little chance that you may get a call.

Hi
You can take admission in undergraduate biomedical engineering after completing civil engineering. There will be no exemption of credits or years.

Yes, you can go for Diploma in forensic science after competing your B.Tech degree, but it would not be of much benefit.

Hi
No, you cannot do M.Tech in food tech as the requirements are completely different. There is no Masters+PhD (food proc) programme in any college as Ph.D requires clearing UGC NET exam. You should pursue M.Tech CS which will give you better packages.

Both are good branches. But I suggest you to go for ECE since this branch have still scope not like that EEE. EEE have less scope comparatively to ECE. Also practical knowledge is more in ECE. Organisation prefer ECE engineer first than AEEE. If you want to pursue for robotics then you can choose it in PG course after choosing ECE in B.Tech. But you can't choose robotics after taking EEE since it little bit harder to understand the robotics then Because electronic clears your concepts easily and in a better way.

Hello Kapil,
No, it not necessary. It actually depends on your college that offers placement opportunities. If core companies for mechanical engineering branch comes then you may get a core job or else, you will be forced to get a job in software companies only. So, you need to choose a college that offers core companies for placements.
