Yes, ECE students can take up CSE GATE.
However, this is not as easy as it looks. You need to work your off to crack the exam.
Also, note that a few colleges require you to have a degree also in the same domain as the
GATE paper. For instance, I am ECE and I want to take up "Automobile technology" at some college listed under their department of Mechanical Engineering. Hence, I appear for GATE ME paper, but still not eligible to get that particular course because the college also requires me to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME).

It is very good.
* Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided on the campus. Labs are equipped with modern equipment which is helpful to enhance our practical knowledge. A sports complex is available. The university library and a small library are available on the campus. Classrooms are adequate with good ventilation.
* Faculty: The faculty members are good to teach us. They provide good knowledge about the subject. They help us with our project work. They encourage us to take part in extracurricular activities and events conducted in the college.

It is very good college.
* Infrastructure : The infrastructure of our college is not very good. The campus is small but has a very clean environment. Wi-Fi facility is not available on the campus. The library is great. The condition of our canteen is horrible. I don't know about the medical facilities. Classrooms are good. Sports facilities are available. Football and cricket grounds are great. Volleyball, basketball and badminton courts are also available. Many indoor games facilities are provided.
