As per Refund Rules for students of 2018-19, those who withdraw their names from the course before commencement of classes as notified by the appropriate authority, are entitled to a refund after deduction of Rs. 1000/- as processing charge. You can treat B.Tech. As a simple Science stream graduation. And all those opportunities are also yours; means you can go for SSC, Banking sector, teaching line, UPSC, State PSC etc. With your interest you can ask me your doubts.

Fee is same for everyone in mit wpu that is 2.6 Lacs per year. You will get scholarships based on rank you get in MHT CET. Score more than 170 in MHT CET 50 % off in tuition fee in 1st year only
score more than 200 in JEE Mains - 50 % off in tuition fee in 1st year only.

You should apply in a public sector unit. They have great package from the starting and work environment is also very good, it is a mix of government and pvt corporation environment.

AMU does not take lateral entries, you have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the university for getting admission.

Yes, you should pursue the degree course now, but since you have already obtained diploma I don't think you need a B.Tech degree and you can apply for masters.

If you want to join the NDA then just an intermediate (10+2) in science is enough (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are must). If you are interested to join as an officer in a combat role (pilot/ground staff) after graduation, then a background and graduation in Science will suffice (even a B.Sc. Is enough). Apart from that, engineers from all fields and specialisations join as officers.
