Yes, that will be helpful, if you wish to leave operations and enter a management role. But, I would suggest you go for a Masters, if you plan to do PGD, then have some experience before you go for it.

If you will do M.Tech or MBA from a good college; then it will not matter much from which college you do B.Tech. Higher Degree College matter the most.

Hello,
Where you want to take the admin in which state. You have to clear any entrance exam or not. Because, some of the colleges take admission through JEE and some has self-entrance exam. If you tell, then I will tell you which college is good for you.
