No, you can't get admission in Sanghvi College for 2nd year because the universities are different. MIT WPU is a deemed University while Sanghvi College of Engineering is affiliated to Mumbai University. You will have to complete your graduation in MIT WPU itself, or else get admission in Sanghvi College of Engineering but will have to enroll into 1st year B.Tech.

Analyzing your situation, if you are currently financially stable then you can do B.Tech course again because your 1-year course of 2011 will not be considered today anywhere, so it is better to pursue it again.

Hello,
Don't get dishearten, there are many private colleges for you. Though there are various alternatives available but I will recommend you to go for full time B.Tech course only. Here is the list of colleges where you can apply:
Chandigarh University
LPU
LNCT Bhopal
GL Bajaj

Galgotias, etc.
These are good colleges with good exposure.

Hello Kalesh,
Paint technology is a sub-branch of chemical technology. It is a very niche branch of engineering under the chemical engineering and hence the course is seen to be offered by few institutes in India. Here is the list of colleges:
ICT Mumbai
HBTU
MIT Pune
LPU

I would suggest you not to join there. The rules are crazy. They keep a million tests without any reason. Nothing is taught practically.
