For lateral entry into RTMNU, the university will notify on its website. Keep an eye out for that. The Admission will be based on Centralized Admission Process.
Also there is notification on the official website detailing Admission and Enrollment procedure.
You can also get lateral admission into colleges affiliated with this university after completing diploma.
This college gives lateral entry into BTech. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/course/amp/b-tech-lateral-entry-lokmanya-tilak-jankalyan-shikshan-sanstha-s-priyadarshini-institute-of-engineering-and-technology-nagpur-283471
This college gives lateral entry in BE.

The demand for B.Tech in CSE graduates is increasing and so the college is increasing and Jaipur too have some good colleges for pursuing an engineering degree. I would suggest you go for UEM-Jaipur for higher education in engineering. Go through with the link to know the pre-requisite for the admission process in the programs:

You can. Apply for CEED next year and prepare for the exam and give your best. If you score good enough then you can take admission in NIFT. If that isn't available then there are also several other good colleges available too.

Is Maths and Physics your base in 12th? B.Tech CSE can be pursued if you have done so. Otherwise, do diploma in computers and then take lateral entry in B.Tech.
