Hello Nandkishore, It's very good to hear from you about your desire to study. Yes, some colleges do indeed offer part time facility for doing engineering. But such institutes are very limited in number. Also if it's far off then obviously you will not be able to attend evening or weekend classes. Hence I would advise you to find out colleges in your city and approach them one by one with your query. You may be successful. Best wishes.

Yes, you can take admission through lateral entry. As you have completed your Polytechnic, you can get admission into the 2nd year of B.Tech.

Every salary package offered in the private sector is directly proportionate to the job profile and the result or output someone is delivering. Yes, it depends on how the management is able to conclude it. Qualification matters, but it's not only the qualification but individual person's capability to drive the things on the lines of management's strategy. It applies to all technical as well as non-technical fields.
Thanks.

No, you can't get admission for the course you have mentioned above because as you have completed Diploma in civil engineering so you are experienced in that field. So, I will recommend that you should do something in the same branch for your betterment.
Thanks.

Every course is good. I would suggest you opt for computer science as it is a good branch and has good scope. You can choose a core branch too.
