Dear Parveen,
There is no rule as such. Regardless for your stream in diploma, you can choose any specializations in B.Tech. The admission in B.Tech is through LEET Exam for diploma holders. And there is nothing like; LEET pattern is different for different streams. Hence, you can choose any stream as you like. Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Good luck.

Hello Tanmoy,
Taking admission for the aeronautical engineering branch is similar to taking admission to any other branch of engineering. Except perhaps in Tamil Nadu, in all other states, one has to appear for state level entrance exam. In some states private unaided colleges have their own CET. Besides this, deemed universities conduct their own exam on an all-India basis. Over and above this, there is of course JEE Mains & Advanced. For admission, a student is required to take any one or more exams.

Hi Shiva, you can opt for B.Sc. Nanotechnology or B.Sc+M.Sc Nanotechnology, though you won't get too many options since majority of the programs are B.Tech and M.Tech. Some colleges with B.Sc. Nanotechnology courses are IMTS Noida, LPU Jalandhar and SNR Son's College. You can also check this page on shiksha.com:

In this field, there are mainly government jobs and hence now a days more and more people are pursuing this course, but this is not the end. Many start-ups are coming up in the field of agriculture and hence, they need someone with this field having a diversified knowledge of agriculture.

See every year, the total engineering graduates are 15 lac approximately out of which only 2-3 lac get the decent job and all other are just for the sake of degree. Some go to start their own start-ups and only a few of them have to search for the job.

I'll prefer for the government college as the placements of mostly all the colleges is good as compared to private colleges plus there is case of donation so you will always get an environment of students who mainly comes for the study not for the simple taking a degree.

I don't think so. But then again, it depends on the lot coming this year. Keep in touch with the official website of JMI (jmi.ac.in).

That depends on how things roll out this year. May be they get the required lot under 20k, or they don't get above 50k. Keep following the university's official website. All the best.

As per your rank, you should shortlist those colleges where the requirements match with your marks, then you can apply for those colleges. In the B.Tech career, the overall amount is 6-7 lacs for a 4-year course in the best colleges of engineering and technology. In my opinion, you can get admission in GITA BBSR college which is the best for you. The link for the college is:
www.gita.edu.in
You can go through the aforementioned site and see their requirements.
