To be frank, nanotechnology is a research-based field which implies that you will find opportunities in research laboratories, universities having science/engineering departments and non-corporates. So basically, you will have to apply for positions in institutions like IIT Delhi University, JNU, IISC, TFIR and government agencies like CSIR, IUAC, etc. Essentially, you have to work really hard to achieve a level of expertise that will lead you to having a well-paying job in nanotechnology.

Hi Shiva, you can opt for B.Sc. Nanotechnology or B.Sc+M.Sc Nanotechnology, though you won't get too many options since majority of the programs are B.Tech and M.Tech. Some colleges with B.Sc.
