To be frank, nanotechnology is a research-based field which implies that you will find opportunities in research laboratories, universities having science/engineering departments and non-corporates. So basically, you will have to apply for positions in institutions like IIT Delhi University, JNU, II

Hi Shiva, you can opt for B.Sc. Nanotechnology or B.Sc+M.Sc Nanotechnology, though you won't get too many options since majority of the programs are B.Tech and M.Tech. Some colleges with B.Sc. Nanotechnology courses are IMTS Noida, LPU Jalandhar and SNR Son's College. You can also check this page on
