For all branches, the first-year syllabus is pretty much same like physics, chemistry, maths (calculus), EEE, EVS, Ethics and values. Hope this helps.

There is no difference in B.E. And B.Tech.Syllabus remains same for both. I think, you should go with CSE. It has a lot of scope in multinational company.

Lot of colleges are there. It depends on which city on targeting so if possible, tell me that.

It depends upon what you like and what you can do in future. B.E. and BBA are both different streams, if you like engineering then you can go for BE and if you want to be a business leader or such like that then you should go for BBA then MBA. Both streams are wonderful but choose that one in which you can give your 100%.
