Yes, 6820 rank is a good rank as it falls between (5000-7000) and admission to B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering at  SRM Ghaziabad. SRMJEEE rank within 20000 is considered a good rank for admission. So, you have an advantage and can easily get admission to SRM Ghaziabad.

You may not get top colleges like NITs, or IITs with this rank. You can opt for various other colleges. You can also go for a college that accepts admission based on its own entrance exam like VIT. You can visit: JEE Main Rank Predictor 2024: Calculate JEE Rank From Percentile/Score to check for the college in which you are eligible.

Sorry but you won't be able to get any NIT with this marks as one must score at least 75 percent in the board examination to get into NIT or IIT.

Sorry to say, but if you want to get a seat in any NITs or IITs you at least have to score 75 percent in your board examination. You also have to score around 95 96 percentile to get an NIT if you belong to the general category.

With this rank of 1.5 lakh, you will not be able to get any of the branches that is available in NIT Hamirpur. You should look for another NIT or IIIT.
As per the available data on the Josaa counseling, last year cut-off was only 20,000 rank for OBC home state quota.
You can apply for TES for SSB otherwise you can also apply for Indian Navy 10 + 2 b Tech based on Jee Mains scorecard.

You can Take alternative engineering entrance exams, like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, and AEEE, hold their own entrance exams for admission to B.Tech programs. Their is another option for you is the, you can take drop and study better and Gain good marks in next year. You have two option, choose wisely.

It is not possible to do regular B.Tech with Full-time Job. Even though we cannot attempt part-time too, if we follow the Guidelines of universities and AICTE educational rules. So, it is Better to Follow the regular B.Tech by attending the college regularly. It helps to score marks and gain knowledge in a particular field of course.
