The University has a good BTech placement record with an improving trend observed in the median package offered over the past three years. Out of 127 BTech graduates, 111 students were placed. Earlier, 124 out of 136 BTech students were placed. The table below represents the ITM Gwalior BTech placement trends:

That is a low score in JEE Mains so it is not possible to get in any top colleges however since you have scored 60% in class 12th, you can apply to other good colleges like VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology), BITS Pilani, UPE university by giving their entrance exam or any other private colleges in your preferred state.

Ideal Institute of Engineering tuition fee for BTech courses, ranges between INR 3.1 Lakh - INR 3.8 lakh. IIE academic fees has to be paid by a crossed A/c Payee Demand Draft/ Online Transfer in favour of 'Ideal Science & Research Welfare Hub' and shall be payable at Kolkata. All payment must be made by Demand Draft, Pay order or Banker Cheques only.
No fees will be refunded except caution money when a students wants to leave the college.

IIE - Ideal Institute of Engineering offers a full-time BTech programme for a duration of four-years.
To apply for IIE-BTech, candidates must have 45% aggregate in Class 12 in Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry /Biotechnology /Biology /Computer Science /Computer Application/ Technical Vocational as compulsory subject (also have 30% in English subject). Selection will be done on the basis of JEE Main/ WBJEE exam.

According to media reports, 1,091 students were placed in phase I and phase II of 2023-24 placements. More than 80% of BTech/ Dual Degree and 75% of Master degree students have been placed till April 30, 2024. The total count of participating companies stood at 256. Furthermore, 44 international offers were made. The IIT Madras average package and median package for the 2024 batch stood at INR 22 LPA and INR 19.60 LPA, respectively.
