In total, there are 510 BTech seats at Swami Vivekanand University. These seats are further distributed over the BTech specialisations offered at the university. The distribution of the total seats over some BTech specialisations at SVN University is presented in the table below:

BIT Mesra admits candidates to the BTech course based on the scores of candidates in the JEE Main exam. The admission process is entrance-based and candidates must appear for JEE Main to participate in the same. Candidates shortlisted based on exam scores must also participate in the JoSAA counselling round for final seat allotment.
