Getting admission to B Tech government colleges in ECE department depends on the rank, reservation category and competition. As you get 64 percentile if you would be reservation category student they you have a high chances of getting seat in a government college in ECE department. But if you from general category the chances of getting seat is more likely less.

There is very less chance to get tier 1,2 or 3 colleges, so if you are interested and possible then you can give one more chance to yourself and increase your percentile otherwise you can go towards private colleges according to your financial condition.
