For M.Sc Environmental Science admission, students must meet the eligibility criteria. The M.Sc. In Environmental Science eligibility includes students who must have completed their undergraduate degree with 50% aggregate marks. Additionally, the students must ensure that they give the college, state, or national level entrance exam. The M.Sc Environmental Science course eligibility does not have an age limit.

You can do any programme of degree
But for entrance exam you have to do any additional course
As you have taken commerce in 12th, take B.Com and go further for your studies
You will have to work hard as more competitions increasing year. All the best.

1. You cannot do multiple education same time.
2. Your degree admissions are controlled through your Previous college Leaving / Transfer Certificate (TC).
3. Since your area in course of engineering even though you take gap Certificate you will be required TC.
4. Part time job is advisable when you are doing BE.

I would say Hotel management is the better option for placement, as it has different scopes, The Managers, The Front Office, Executive Housekeepers, Executive Chefs. You can set your career with proper way.
