You are eligible to study PGDM in Canada. You can check SPP colleges like Humber College, Fanshawe College, Fleming College, Durham College, etc. But, most PGDM courses require an IELTS of 6.5 so you have to write to the colleges and SEE if you can apply with the current scores.
