Single sitting UG degree is sometimes valid, as some companies accept and some university accept for higher studies some don't , because if it is UGC recognized, then it is valid for jobs also and higher studies also.

Admission in any foreign university for either UG or PG course is not exclusively dependent on entrance exam or GRE or IELTS, etc. But depends on many other factors. To overcome these nuances, I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with students sending to Canada for UG studies.
