The best option would be to pursue B.A. In History through IGNOU. As it is open university it won't interfere with your coaching. And B.A in History will be helpful in your IAS prep.

Here is the link regarding the exam. You need to take SAT in order to get admission in an American college. Check the pattern. Also, check the eligibility criteria and requirements for respective institutes in which you're interested, on their respective official websites.

Dear Bhanu, To be honest, if you really want to go abroad then only consider the USA, Australian and Europe. Otherwise, you should pursue Bachelor's degree in India only. Now, suppose if you are going to Europe (London) or Australia, then your passport-visa and accommodation expenses will cross more than 10 lacs. Additionally, you have to pay tuition fee which depends on the college. Even if you get scholarships (chances are less because scholarship sanction fund is lower for Bachelor's degree), still your overall yearly expenditure will more than 10 lacs. Hello Mohammad, It's very nice to know that you are interested in doing graduation in engineering abroad. But normally speaking admissions there are dependent on 12th and not on Diploma. In addition, there are many nuances and variables in the whole process. Hence I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for engineering.
