All universities in the USA have their own scholarships. You don't have to apply for it separately because, by default, all applicants are considered. Certain universities require some sort of essays, etc. You can check information on their websites. You must also keep in mind that scholarships are based solely on merit.

Hi Ram, It will be difficult for you to find options in this range. The annual fee is around INR 4-13 Lacs for very few countries. Please check the options below if it helps. Also, you can consider taking an education loan:

If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognised education board, you can certainly apply for the course. You will have to appear for an aptitude test which will determine your admission status in the institute. For your information, this year's admission process is over. You may apply next year.
