You can try taking admission at Institution level by management Kota. Have you applied for last CAP round. The last date of filling form was from 30 July to 3rd August. You try by management Kota. Hope this will help you a bit.

You can do any course of your choice. As a pcm student is eligible for any course but medical. You can choose bsc or BCA or engineering.There are much option available for you.

Yes, you are eligible if you have fulfilled the following conditions:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from KUK or an equivalent degree recognized with at least 45% marks (42.75% for SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate shall be eligible to join the first semester of the LLB course.
Note: The candidates who have obtained 10+2 standard certificate or Bachelor's/Master's degree through open school/universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission to LLB (professional) 3-year course.
