You can pursue Economics, B.Com BBA Journalism, English Homours, Political Science Honours, physics or chemistry honours, etc. It completely depends upon the college and their cut-off.

Of course, that would be very helpful for your career. Also, I should suggest pursuing PGDM if not MBA. Since you already have the experience, the MBA degree will open more opportunities for you.

Yes, you are eligible if you have fulfilled the following conditions:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from KUK or an equivalent degree recognized with at least 45% marks (42.75% for SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate shall be eligible to join the first semester of the LLB course.
Note: The candidates who have obtained 10+2 standard certificate or Bachelor's/Master's degree through open school/universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission to LLB (professional) 3-year course.
