PGDM is a Diploma. MBA is a Masters degree. While MBA has more value than PGDM but if you have a PGDM from a reputed college then it is at par or better than an MBA from an average institute.

Yes, you are eligible for BBA. You need an aggregate of 55% in your 12th boards and then you can apply for BBA.

Yes, you are eligible. The minimum qualification for admission to this field is BE or B.Tech with at least 50% (60% for IITs) marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university and a minimum of 60% in class 10 and 10+2. The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M.Tech aerospace Engineering are B.Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE.
