Hello Avantika,
One must select the path that one likes in life. There is no point of continuing in psychology if you are not interested. I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU. There are plenty of courses after graduation mentioned there. I feel many certificate or diploma courses in English are available and you can choose one.

Yes, you can take CS. But if you enroll now in CS, then you have to start from the 1st year and if you enroll after graduation, then you can get admission in the second year, so the choice is yours. Good luck.

It is more over like the college you are pursuing. Your UG should support the students quality by giving Campus Placements, so that the students will find it convenient to get a job easily. As you said, it is a yes for studying MBA in a reputed college to have a plus point in your resume. Few reputed MBA colleges in India are:
IIM
Xavier's
Symbiosis
Christ
PESIT
CMRIT
Garden City University and many more.
Make the right decision for your MBA studies. All the best.

Getting admission in IIMs is not entirely based on work experience alone. There is a particular weightage assigned to each parameter. First and foremost, you need to get an exceptional score in CAT, that is, above 96-98 percentile for sure. Then there'll be scores given to your class 12th and graduation marks, and also to your work experience. If you have none, then that's fine because the combined score is what matters.
