Hi Debashish,
3 year degrees are recognised by UGC and 4 year degrees and recognised by AICTE. The basic course curriculum is the same and even the industry does not differentiate between the two. Coming to your question, which is better. Well, there isn't a completely correct response to this. The plus side of 3 year degree is that you get into the job market a year earlier and the fees at 95% colleges is lower for these courses. Hi Abhijay,
It depends on the country of your choice. To study in the UK, you must take ISAT. Many other countries will additionally want a Bachelor's degree before you can enrol in an LLB Programme just like in India.
