Sorry, but there is no good or famous government institution in Mumbai for Bachelors in Mass Communication. You are eligible to apply for two famous mass communication colleges, department of mass communication (Mumbai University) and Xavier's Institute (private) of journalism only after your 3 year graduation course. However, you can optioned for Xavier College for BA in mass media.

Hi Raman,
You can wait for the merit list to be announced by major universities around the country and apply as per their admission notifications. Many universities accept online forms but for some, you may have to send your documents by courier or post, some students also visit the campus.
