USA is the best country and universities are very good and generous in terms of scholarships. But, of course, you must be good at applicants with very good marks and extracurriculars for getting the scholarship. Canada is another great choice. You may also consider Europe, France, Netherlands, etc.

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing a B.Sc (Applied Science) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream from a recognised board of the country. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course.

3 months is a very short time to pursue a good course. If you want to become a writer, then it is fine to pursue a creative writing course of this short duration. Otherwise, you should go for at least 1-year duration Diploma in whichever field interests you in Mass Communication or Journalism. You can pursue a PG Diploma in advertising, PR, event management, electronic media broadcast and so on.
