You must pass 10+2, a minimum of 75% is required by most top ranked universities like Oxford, Cambridge, etc. Additionally, you must take the IELTS. Since, different universities have different entry requirements you must check it on the university websites before applying.

IITD, IITKGP, IITK, IITB, IITR, IITM, BITS Pilani, etc. are some top universities for B.Sc and M.Sc Physics.
