Hi, take the IELTS to meet the English language proficiency requirements, for PG level programs generally an overall score of 6.5 is required, decide what to study,check admission requirements on university website since they differ. Check the deadlinea and apply early, see here for more details

It depends on you which course you want to pursue. If you have completed B.Tech then I suggest you to not to go with M.Tech, try to get a job or try to find in which field you can do good.

If you are talking about high school diploma from USA, you need to check the eligibility criteria of university you wish to apply as the entry requirements are mentioned on their respective websites. Alternatively, specify the course you wish to apply for here and I might guide you further.

If you are preparing for the banking exam you can appear for other government exams like SSC CGL, UPSC, Defense etc.

There are some changes in syllabus for different exams. there are major subjects that remain same for all the recruitment exams like English, quantitative aptitude and reasoning are the sections which are asked in all major exams.
However banking exams consists banking awareness while UPSC exams focus on current affairs and history questions and other exams consists some different section.

Hi Muneer, you must complete your 10+2 and then another additional year because you must have 13 years formal education to study in Germany.You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree and complete the first year.Note that you must be very strong academically all throughout, and you must also know German language.Here is an article you can refer to
