Hello Anish,
It's nice to know that you have already worked for 15 years in engineering field. If you are desirous of doing graduation in engineering then best for you is AMIE. It's equivalent to graduation in engineering and is designed for those working in an Industry.

Hi Nishant,
Of course, they will ask for your HSC marks, what else do you think they will require? Your academic historic class 10th to 12th, along with extracurricular activities, SAT and TOEFL scores, etc., will be checked.
